Lloyds (spot)

Ok, I'll start off with the famous one! Lloyds TSB. Lloyds has been round since skaters can remember. On Youtube there are plenty of videos of people skating it in the 1980's. Lloyds attracts so many skaters because it is the heart of Bristol and it provides great skating spots.

Lloyds consists of three blocks or massive stairs. It is great for beginners to pros because it provides a smaller height but a larger height at the same time with a nice open area for flatland too. In the picture you can see an opening where there you are able to ride along the whole wall and trick over all three blocks, there are often best trick contests over lloyds because it is such a nice gap.

This spot is a must-go spot if you are ever visiting Bristol for a tour.

Welcome

Hey people, this is my new blog and it's going to be a blog to do with skateboarding in Bristol, England. Bristol has many well known skateparks and spots, for example Lloyds TSB bank in the city centre which is probably the most well known, which are nicely spread out. Also there are many skateshops such as Fifty Fifty and the Park which have some awesome skaters skating for them. In this blog I will be listing a load of skateable spots, skateparks, skateshops and their location and my views on them.
